Returns and refunds

At Dearlybeloved, each piece is created with intention and care. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.



Returns



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.



To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused


  • In original condition


  • Free from stains, odors, or damage


  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)



Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.



Non-Returnable Items



The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:



  • Limited-release or exclusive collection items


  • Sale or discounted items


  • Gift cards


  • Customized or made-to-order products


  • Face coverings, masks, and other personal-use items (where applicable)



Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.



If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.



Original shipping costs are non-refundable.



Exchanges



We currently offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.



For sizing concerns, customers may return eligible items and place a new order for the desired size, subject to availability.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number


  • Photos of the item


  • A brief description of the issue


We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.



Return Shipping



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.



We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dearlybeloved is not responsible for returns lost in transit.



Order Cancellations



Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
